City Vendor Registration

Businesses may register as vendors for the City of Creedmoor by submitting a completed Vendor Application Form, Form W-9 and a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to the Finance Department.  The forms must be completed in their entirety including all products and/or services the business provides. 

When competitive pricing and comparable services or products are available, local businesses are given preference to fulfill City needs.  In order to bring awareness to City personnel who perform purchasing duties of the types of services and/or products offered, local businesses are encouraged to submit additional information and documentation.  The business website address, brochures, catalogues, or other reference information useful in identifying and defining your business or service should be included with the submission of the required documents noted above.

How to Submit Your Vendor Registration

Please submit your vendor registration to:

Submission of these materials does not guarantee that your business will be contacted for all applicable bids or purchases; however, the information will be made available for use by our staff in purchasing and selecting potential suppliers. 

If your business closes or there are any other changes to your business information, including contact information or services offered, the Finance Department must be notified.
