Resumes alone do not qualify as an application but may be included with a fully-completed application.  To ensure consideration, completed application materials must be submitted to the Human Resources Department by the stated closing date.  When the stated closing date is “Open Until Filled", applicants should apply immediately as the position is subject to close without notice.

Please note the following when submitting an application for employment (it is not necessary to print and sign the job description, it is provided for your reference only):

For non-sworn law enforcement positions, complete the following and submit according to the posting requirements:

  1. City of Creedmoor employment application;
  2. Cover letter; and
  3. Current resume.

For sworn law enforcement positions, complete the following and submit according to the posting requirements:

  1. City of Creedmoor employment application;
  2. CPD Applicant Personal Disclosure Statement; 
  3. Notarized Authorization for Release of Records; and
  4. Notarized NC DOJ Form F-3.
