The City of Creedmoor’s Community Development Department administers Planning and Zoning within the City Limits and Extra Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) of Creedmoor. This includes administration and enforcement of the Creedmoor Development Ordinance. The Department provides comprehensive and strategic planning, assists developers and homeowners with proper application of zoning code, issues zoning and stormwater permits.
