The ADA Transition Plan is a comprehensive plan for improving access for individuals with disabilities to City facilities, parks, programs, services, activities, and events.  It is part of the City of Creedmoor’s continued efforts to welcome and serve all members of the community.  By updating and implementing the Transition Plan, consistent with the ADA, City services and facilities will become more comfortable, welcoming, and accessible to everyone.
