The Willow Oak Room is an available rental space perfectly suited for meetings and special events!

Half-day or full day rentals are available.

Half-day rental periods are any five (5) hour period between 8 am – 2 pm or 2 – 8 pm;

Full day rentals are any rental over 5 hours or that overlap the half-day periods.  Additional extend hours until 11pm are available with a full or half-day rental.

Rental time includes set up and clean up time. Maximum occupancy is 150.

Rental Amenities:
Warming kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, prep counter and sink.
(18) 5’ diameter round tables, (6) 30x72 rectangular tables, and 150 chairs.
Large LED monitor and sound equipment.
